At Iowa Central, we offer a variety of programs with various start dates.

Iowa Central College Online offers the first two years of a baccalaureate program to students who intend to transfer to a four-year college or university. Specific courses are required for the A.A. Degree, including courses in English, Math, Science, Psychology, History, etc.

Develop business knowledge and critical skills in accounting, marketing and logistics. Upon graduation, you’ll have a solid foundation in business to prepare you for entry-level positions or promotion opportunities.

The Computer Networking Technology Program is designed to provide graduates with the necessary skills to succeed in the jobs of the future. Graduates are able to administer a local area network, install and troubleshoot communication hardware/software and integrate technologies that the business world demands.

Iowa Central hosts the state’s Homeland Security Training Center, which trains first responders throughout Iowa. Training includes Terrorism Awareness, Incident Command, Bombing Awareness, and Weapons of Mass Destruction. Before now, individuals had to travel miles to undergo training at one of these centers. But for the first time ever, this rigorous – and essential – coursework is available to you online.

The Associate of Professional Studies in Health Care Administration at Iowa Central has been developed to provide students who are entering and those currently in field advancement opportunities within the health science and related fields.

Iowa Central College Online’s Human Services program provides the knowledge & skills necessary for a rewarding career in assisting people in your community. Groups that benefit are children, adolescents, people with disabilities, the disadvantaged, and the aging. Job opportunities exist in both public and private human services agencies.

Supply Chain and Logistics Management positions are critical in today’s business world, requiring strategic thinkers, analytical skills, and the application of technology. The field impacts domestic and global economies, establish competitive advantages, and are vital to human survival. If today’s supply chain network were to cease operations a person would quickly see the impact both locally and nationally. Logistics and Transportation Management are the cornerstones and links to success.
